Samsun Museum (Archaeology and Ethnography Museum) is located in the İlkadım district, on Atatürk Boulevard along the seafront. Its new building opened to visitors on 13 March 2024. Its collection displays finds from excavations in the region, including material from the Tekkeköy Caves.
