Declared a national park in 1995, the Aladağlar range stretches across the provinces of Niğde, Kayseri and Adana. On the Niğde side, Demirkazık village in Çamardı district is one of the main entry points, and the 3,756-metre Demirkazık peak draws mountaineers. The park is also used for hiking, camping and birdwatching.
