İnce Minareli Madrasa (Museum of Stone and Wooden Works)
A madrasa named for its slender minaret, its portal among the finest examples of Seljuk stone carving.

Built between 1258 and 1279 by the vizier Sâhib Atâ Fahreddin Ali for the teaching of hadith, the madrasa has a single-eyvan, covered-courtyard plan designed by the architect Kölük bin Abdullah. In 1901 a lightning strike destroyed the upper part of its minaret and the dome of the adjoining mosque. Following restoration works begun in 1936, it opened as the Museum of Stone and Wooden Works in 1956.
