İvriz Rock Monument
A Late Hittite rock relief showing a king praying to a god.

Carved into a rock face beside the İvriz stream, this relief is a Late Hittite work from the 8th century BC. It shows Warpalavas, ruler of the kingdom of Tuwanuwa, praying to the god Tarhundas, who holds grapes and a sheaf of wheat. It has been on the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List since 2017.
