Topkapı Palace was where the Ottoman sultans lived and ruled for about four centuries, and it has been a museum since 1924. Its courtyards, the Harem, the Treasury with the Spoonmaker's Diamond, the Sacred Relics and pavilions overlooking the Bosphorus can be visited.
