Titus Tunnel
A Roman-era tunnel cut through rock to divert floods.

Cut through the rock under the Roman emperors Vespasian and Titus to protect ancient Seleucia Pieria from floods, the tunnel is one of the most striking surviving works of ancient engineering. The nearby Beşikli Cave rock tombs can also be visited. Visiting conditions may have changed since the 2023 earthquakes; check before you go.
