Köprüköy

Köprüköy, on the Aras River and on the Erzurum-Kars highway, takes its name from a 13th-century bridge over the river. The historic Çobandede Bridge, still standing near the district centre, and the Deli Çermik hot springs 3 km to the north, visited in summer, are among its features.
